This year's exhibition was co-hosted by the China Association of Bakery and Confectionery Industry and Bakery China Exhibitions Co., Ltd. It lasted four days under the theme "Innovate Beyond • Premiere Fusion • Link Future."

According to data released by the organizers, Bakery China 2026 covered an exhibition area of more than 330,000 square meters, gathering 2,267 brands and companies from 79 countries and regions and showcasing more than 10,000 products. During the exhibition, it received nearly 400,000 professional visitors from 144 countries and regions.

Bakery China 2026 continued to increase its level of internationalization, with international companies and brands accounting for more than 20% of exhibitors. Participating brands came from Germany, Italy, Japan, Switzerland, Denmark, the Netherlands, France, the United States, South Korea, and other countries.

The "Belt and Road Baking Theme Zone" set up at the exhibition showcased ingredients and techniques from the relevant countries. East-West fusion products became highlights at the venue, such as "Chinese flavors incorporated into Western pastries" and "Western techniques applied to traditional Chinese baking." The Bakery China Innovation Award recognized a total of 136 products from 122 companies, covering categories such as ingredients, equipment, and packaging. Chocolate and Smart Manufacturing Became Focal PointsBakery China 2026 launched Chocolate China 2026, a dedicated chocolate exhibition, for the first time, with an exhibition area of 30,000 square meters, gathering more than 150 global cocoa and chocolate companies and covering the entire chocolate industry chain. The main trends presented on site include intelligent manufacturing, healthy eating, and clean labels. The display of fully automated AI baking production lines and AI visual quality inspection systems reflects the industry's evolution toward automation, traceability, and higher efficiency.

Upcoming Exhibition Schedule

The organizer announced that the first Bakery ASEAN exhibition will be launched in Jakarta, Indonesia, from August 27 to 29, 2026. In addition, the 11th Bakery China Autumn and the 9th China Home Baking Show will be held at the Wuhan International Expo Center from October 22 to 24, 2026.
