NVRO Metals Limited and Hecla Greens Creek Mining Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding, planning to process 35,000 tons of ore at NVRO's metal processing center in the Northern Territory of Australia.

Darwin, Australia – April 23, 2025 – NVRO Metals Limited ("NVRO Metals" or the "Company") today announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hecla Greens Creek Mining Company ("Hecla Greens Creek") to process approximately 35,000 tonnes of ore at NVRO's Metals Hub in the Northern Territory of Australia.

Under the terms of the memorandum, Hecla Greens Creek will supply ore feed to the NVRO Metals Hub for processing by NVRO Metals. The collaboration aims to leverage NVRO Metals' advanced processing technology to improve the efficiency of mineral resource utilization and further solidify the Northern Territory's position as a global hub for critical mineral processing.

This cooperation will enable Hecla Greens Creek to utilize the processing capacity of the NVRO Metals Hub to process a portion of its ore.
