NVIDIA joins Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR to establish an AI computing power financing platform, aiming to mobilize over $500 billion in third-party capital.

NVIDIA announced strategic partnerships with Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs, and KKR to establish an AI computing infrastructure financing platform, planning to mobilize over $500 billion in third-party capital to accelerate global AI infrastructure construction.

Apollo President Jim Zelter noted that modern computing has become a scarce, mission-critical asset class, and the combination of NVIDIA's proprietary technology ecosystem with Apollo's flexible long-term capital will provide a solid foundation for the next phase of AI buildout. BlackRock Chairman and CEO Larry Fink said the collaboration combines NVIDIA's leadership in accelerated computing with BlackRock's ability to connect long-term capital, helping enterprises obtain the computing power they need and driving economic growth and job creation. Blackstone President and COO Jon Gray emphasized that Blackstone continues to make large-scale investments in the NVIDIA ecosystem globally, and this announcement further underscores its confidence in the NVIDIA platform and the future of AI infrastructure. Brookfield CEO Bruce Flatt stated that NVIDIA, as a strategic partner, is helping scale AI factories, and the two sides will further cooperate to build and fund global AI infrastructure. Goldman Sachs Chairman and CEO David Solomon said we are at a pivotal point in a historic AI investment cycle, with robust demand for NVIDIA's full-stack platform, and Goldman Sachs will, through its investment and distribution roles, create a credit market supported by NVIDIA computing power. KKR Co-CEOs Joe Bae and Scott Nuttall believe that computing has become critical infrastructure, and KKR will partner with NVIDIA to leverage long-term capital and infrastructure expertise to turn demand into actual capacity.

These financing platforms will organically integrate NVIDIA's accelerated computing capabilities with the long-term capital of financial institutions, providing sustainable returns for investors through usage-based revenue models while offering AI customers more cost-effective access to computing power. The collaborations will further support NVIDIA's hardware sales and software ecosystem expansion.

The above collaborations are pending the signing of final agreements. NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) is a global leader in AI and accelerated computing.
